About Paycor

Paycor provides payroll and human capital management (HCM) software for employers, with tools covering payroll, HR and workforce management. It is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, and its domain, paycor.com, has been registered since 1996. The website publishes contact, careers, about, privacy and help pages, and lists a phone number. Paycor links to profiles on Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. For businesses comparing payroll software, the total cost often depends on per-employee fees, setup or implementation charges, and add-on modules, so ask for an itemized quote. Check the contract length, the notice needed to cancel, and whether you can export your payroll and employee data if you leave. Ask who is responsible for filing payroll taxes and what happens if a filing is late because of a system or processing error. Request a demo using your own pay scenarios, such as overtime or employees in several states, and speak to current customers of a similar size where possible. Clear support hours matter around payroll deadlines.
