About Ultimate Guitar

Ultimate Guitar is a website for guitarists that hosts a large archive of user-submitted chords and tabs for guitar, bass and ukulele, alongside lessons, gear reviews and forums. It launched in October 1998 and is now part of Muse Group, which also owns other music software and notation services. The site has a Wikipedia entry, and its domain was registered in 1999. Much of the content is contributed by users, so accuracy varies from one tab to the next. Ratings and comments on each tab can help you pick a reliable version of a song. Like many content sites, Ultimate Guitar offers paid features alongside free access. If you subscribe, check the billing period, whether a free trial converts to a paid plan automatically, and how to cancel through the website or through the app store you used to sign up. Subscriptions bought inside an iOS or Android app usually have to be canceled through that store's settings. Keep a note of the renewal date so you can decide in time whether to continue.
